Welcome to King County 4-H Fair!

The purpose of the King County Fair is to give 4-H members enrolled in the King County 4-H Programs the opportunity to have fun sharing and showcasing what they have been learning and working on this 4-H year.

Process for Entering Exhibits:

• Animal projects are due June 2
• New fair entry date deadline for still life entries: JULY 1
• Posters - June 2nd enrolled in FairEntry and delivered to the 4-H office.
• The 4-H office will also be open Saturday May 31 from 10:30 am-1:30 pm to take posters.
• All other still life entries in FairEntry- July 1st and turn in to at the fair on July 12th.

If you are signing up for animal projects, do not forget to add Showmanship, Judging contest, and at your animal breed class. If you added the specific animal in 4-H Online before Fair goes live for entries, you can import your animal information into those classes.

Remember, your entries are saved as you go along; please do not submit your entries until you have selected everything that you plan to bring to the Fair. If you change your mind and need to add an additional entry/entries, sign into Fair Entry and start a new invoice. You will not be able to edit the items you previously submitted; if you need help, contact the 4-H office to edit your entries. You should have received an invoice with the information submitted immediately after invoice is "approved."
